1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of teleFWD! (the "Service"). teleFWD! is the official product name for this service. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to teleFWD! as the provider of the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

teleFWD! is an automation tool that enables users to schedule and forward promotional messages to Telegram groups using their own Telegram account. The Service requires users to connect their Telegram account and configure automation settings through the dashboard.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• You must have a valid Telegram account in good standing.
• Use of the Service is subject to Telegram's own Terms of Service. Violations of Telegram's ToS are solely your responsibility.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use teleFWD! only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content.
• Violate any applicable laws, including those related to advertising, data protection, or electronic communications.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to impersonate another person or entity.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the Service in a way that violates Telegram's Terms of Service.
• Collect or message individuals through Lead CRM in violation of applicable privacy or marketing laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• teleFWD! offers paid subscription plans (Mini, Weekly, Monthly, Team Weekly, Team Monthly) with access to automation features.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (for INR) and PayPal (for USD). We do not store your payment card details.
• Subscriptions are activated immediately upon successful payment.
• Subscription periods are fixed (3 days, 7 days, or 30 days) from the date of purchase. They do not auto-renew. You must manually purchase a new plan when your current period ends.
• Prices are displayed in INR for Indian users and USD for international users, inclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Service, all purchases are non-refundable once activated.

A refund may be considered only if the Service is strictly non-functional for your account due to a fault on teleFWD! infrastructure — meaning you cannot use paid features (dashboard access, bot automation, or subscription activation) as intended through no fault of your own.

To request a refund, contact support@telefwd.com within 72 hours of payment with your transaction details. Requests received after 72 hours will not be considered.

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind, dislike of the Service, or accidental purchase.
• Partial use of a subscription period.
• Telegram account bans, restrictions, or rate limits imposed by Telegram.
• Outages or issues with Telegram or other third-party platforms.
• Incorrect configuration on your part (API credentials, ads, groups, login, etc.).

7. Team Accounts & Sub-Profiles

Team plan subscribers may create up to 4 additional sub-profiles (5 total). Each sub-profile has its own independent Telegram session, campaigns, and configuration. Sub-profiles may not be transferred or shared with other account holders.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard (Profile → Danger Zone). Upon deletion, your bot configuration, Telegram session, leads, and profile data are removed promptly. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

No refund will be issued for the unused portion of an active subscription upon voluntary account deletion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Telegram API availability and Telegram's own restrictions are outside our control and may affect the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, teleFWD! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, Telegram account restrictions, or missed business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless teleFWD! and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or dashboard notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. For international users, you consent to the application of Indian law.
